Day and Weekend Retreats Time away allows us the space to connect with ourselves and others, to rest and re-fuel in the midst of our busy lives, to fight for needed self-care, and to allow time for health, healing, and a greater sarau of hope! The perfect day retreat might start with quietly entering a calm and beautiful space to enjoy hot tea and some time with a journal or favorite book. Next, imagine some gentle, restorative yoga then an intentional time of sweden wi hotties and discussion around the sarqh topic.
After enjoying a time of reflection and simple finger tor, the time concludes with creating a small abstract painting or creating a bouquet of flowers to take home. You are worth taking time for. You are worth investing in.
